The challenge

  • To create a captivating campaign that simultaneously launched the new film "Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse" and announced Sony and Nike's partnership for the AJ1 "Next Chapter" shoe. The campaign needed to effectively engage audiences and highlight the multidimensional aspect of the movie.

The solution

  • A 3D spot was chosen to bridge the 2D and 3D worlds, making the "Spider-Verse" experience interactive and immersive. The centerpiece of the campaign was a 3D display located at 8th and 42nd St in New York City.
  • The launch was preceded by multiple wildposters across Manhattan and Brooklyn and a 48-hour takeover of LInkNYC kiosks. These efforts built anticipation and culminated in the spectacular 3D unveiling in the heart of Manhattan.
